LORGAR Warranty Policy

15 July 2026

1. Scope

This Warranty Policy sets out the warranty service procedure for LORGAR products and governs relations between the manufacturer (AEL / ASBIS Enterprises PLC), retailers and end users.

2. Terms and Definitions

Term Definition
Manufacturer ASBIS Enterprises PLC (AEL) — the owner of the LORGAR trademark.
Authorised Service Centre (ASC) A service centre authorised by the manufacturer to perform maintenance and repairs of LORGAR products.
Proof of Purchase A completed warranty card (including the serial number, model, date of sale, seller's name and stamp) or a financial document that complies with local legal requirements.
LORGAR Products Products sold under the LORGAR trademark.
Purchaser (End User) A natural person who purchases LORGAR products for personal use.
Seller (Retailer) A legal entity or individual entrepreneur that sells LORGAR products at retail or wholesale.
Warranty Period for the End User The period during which the manufacturer undertakes to remedy a defect, replace the device or provide compensation. The period is calculated from the date of retail purchase.
Warranty Repair The free remedy of manufacturing defects or replacement of the device, provided that the transport, storage and operating requirements have been observed.
Product Service Life The period, where specified for a particular product, during which the product is expected to remain safe and suitable for use in accordance with the product documentation and applicable law. It is not automatically limited to the commercial warranty period.
Non-Repairability Certificate A document issued by an Authorised Service Centre confirming that the device cannot be repaired and serving as the basis for compensation.
Pre-Sale Defect A defect identified before or during the sale to the end user.

3. Warranty Period and Product Service Life

The warranty period for LORGAR products is 24 (twenty-four) months and is calculated from the date stated in the financial document confirming the end user's purchase.

The product service life, where stated for a specific product, is determined in accordance with the applicable product documentation and local law. It is not automatically limited to the commercial warranty period.

⚠ These terms do not restrict the end user's rights under applicable local law. In the event of any discrepancy, ASBIS shall comply with the provisions of local law.

After the warranty period has expired, as well as in non-warranty cases, the user may obtain a paid repair service or purchase an available spare part in accordance with Section 7 of this Policy.

ASBIS is not responsible for the quality of paid repairs performed by independent third parties, except where such responsibility is expressly required by applicable law.

4. Warranty Exclusions (Non-Warranty Cases)

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

User Actions and Improper Use

  • Mechanical damage, contamination or breakage caused by the purchaser;
  • Malfunctions resulting from failure to comply with the operating instructions;
  • Damage caused by foreign objects, liquids, insects or animals entering the device;
  • Household environmental factors, including high humidity, dust, aggressive environments, etc.;
  • Damage directly caused by improper, unauthorised or incorrectly performed repair or modification is not covered. However, a previous third-party repair does not automatically invalidate the end user's statutory rights or access to repair services where applicable;
  • Use for commercial purposes, unless otherwise provided for in a separate agreement.

External Factors

  • Damage caused by third parties or force majeure events;
  • Exposure to weather conditions or failure to comply with installation and storage requirements;
  • Power supply instability and natural disasters, including lightning, fire and flooding;
  • Mechanical damage, including impacts, falls, scratches, cracks and deformation;
  • Overloading a chair beyond the maximum permissible load specified in the operating instructions;
  • Exposure to high temperatures, humidity or direct sunlight;
  • Use of aggressive chemical cleaning agents;
  • Incorrect assembly that does not comply with the instructions.

Other Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear and product ageing;
  • Absence, damage or alteration of the serial number or factory seals;
  • Amendment of the terms stated in the warranty card without the manufacturer's written consent;
  • Claims relating to functional characteristics that correspond to those declared by the manufacturer;
  • Requests to adapt the product design to local conditions that differ from those of the country of certification.

Conditions for Confirming a Defect

A device shall be recognised as defective if at least one of the following documents is available:

  • A report from an Authorised Service Centre confirming the defect;
  • A non-repairability certificate issued by an Authorised Service Centre;
  • A report from a licensed expert organisation confirming the deficiencies.

⚠ Where the consumer chooses repair instead of replacement under the applicable statutory legal guarantee, the seller's liability period shall be extended in accordance with the applicable national law. Under Directive (EU) 2024/1799, the minimum extension is 12 months and applies once to the entire product. This rule applies to sales contracts concluded from 31 July 2026, unless national law provides more favourable rights.

6. Warranty Service in Countries with Authorised Service Centres

6.1 Warranty Repair Conditions

Warranty repair is available where all of the following conditions are met:

  • The device is within the warranty period;
  • The defect was not caused by a breach of the operating rules (see Section 4);
  • A correctly completed warranty card or financial document confirming the purchase is provided.

6.2 Place and Timeframe of Repair

Warranty repairs are performed exclusively by Authorised Service Centres, the current list of which is available at lorgar.com.

The purchaser may contact either an Authorised Service Centre directly or the point of purchase. If there is no Authorised Service Centre in the purchaser's city of residence, the purchaser should contact the retailer.

Warranty repair timeframes are determined by local law and are calculated from the date the device is accepted by the service centre. A longer period may be agreed with the purchaser.

The country-specific timeframe table is provided in Appendix No. 1.

6.3 Warranty Service for LORGAR Gaming Desks and Chairs

If a warranty case arises, the purchaser may:

  • Contact Support at lorgar.com;
  • Contact a regional service centre, where available in the region (listed on the website);
  • Contact the point of purchase;
  • Contact the Fixit service centre if there is no Authorised Service Centre in the region.

Required Documents:

The user must provide:

  • Serial number;
  • Photos of the damage;
  • Description of the problem;
  • A copy or photo of the document confirming the purchase date.

7. Post-Warranty Support, Repair and Purchase of Spare Parts

7.1 User Requests

After the warranty period has expired, or in the event of non-warranty damage, mandatory post-warranty repair is available for eligible LORGAR monitor models covered by applicable EU product legislation. For other LORGAR product categories, repair and spare-part options may be offered voluntarily and depend on the model, country, technical feasibility and availability. The user may contact:

  • LORGAR Technical Support through lorgar.com;
  • an Authorised Service Centre listed at lorgar.com;
  • an authorised sales/service partner, where such a channel is available in the user's country;
  • any repair organisation selected independently by the user;
  • or perform the repair independently.

When submitting a request, the user must provide the device model and item number, the serial number where available, a description of the malfunction or required part, photographs and the delivery address. Support may request additional information to identify a compatible spare part.

7.2 Where the User May Purchase a Spare Part

Depending on the country, part availability and applicable local procedures, a spare part may be purchased in one of the following ways:

  • From an Authorised Service Centre;
  • From an authorised sales/service partner.

The user may purchase an available spare part through one of the channels specified above and provide it to the repair provider of their choice.

7.3 Spare-Part Pricing

When a spare part is purchased, the price includes the sale price of the spare part, delivery to the end user and applicable taxes. The final quotation is provided by the Authorised Service Centre or authorised partner before the spare part is sold.

7.4 Where and How the User May Obtain a Quotation for Paid Repair

  • From an Authorised Service Centre: the service centre performs a preliminary diagnosis, determines whether repair is possible and provides the user with a quotation for spare parts, labour and delivery.
  • From a repair organisation independently selected by the user: that organisation independently determines the price, timeframe, repair procedure and warranty for the work performed.

ASBIS Enterprises PLC and LORGAR do not participate in determining the cost of services provided by an independent repair organisation and are not responsible for the quality of its work, except where such responsibility is expressly required by applicable law.

7.5 Instructions for Self-Repair

Where self-replacement is technically feasible and safe, Support may provide replacement instructions, a list of required tools, a connection diagram and safety warnings. If the repair requires soldering, work with electrical or battery components, specialised diagnostics, or affects the structural safety of the product, the user must be referred to an Authorised Service Centre or a qualified repair organisation.

7.6 Availability, Compatibility and Timeframes

For product categories covered by applicable EU repairability requirements, legally required spare parts will be made available for the prescribed period and subject to the applicable ordering and delivery conditions. Other spare parts may be supplied subject to availability and confirmed compatibility with the specific model. If an original part is unavailable, an equivalent part may be offered only if safety requirements are met and the user is informed in advance. The delivery timeframe is communicated before the order is placed.

7.7 Mandatory Post-Warranty Repair for Eligible LORGAR Monitors

For eligible LORGAR monitor models covered by applicable EU product legislation, the end user may submit a post-warranty repair request through LORGAR Technical Support, an Authorised Service Centre or an authorised service partner. The product may be routed to a regional repair hub where no local Authorised Service Centre is available.

The repair process includes product identification, technical diagnostics, confirmation of repairability, preparation of a quotation where the repair is chargeable, customer approval before work begins, repair, final quality control and return of the product.

If repair is technically impossible, the decision must be supported by a documented technical assessment identifying the relevant damage, safety limitation or other objective technical reason. The absence of a local service centre or an internal exchange-only classification does not, by itself, constitute technical impossibility.

Information on eligible models, repair channels, spare parts and the applicable repair procedure is available at lorgar.com.

8. Warranty Service in Countries without Authorised Service Centres

In countries where there are no local Authorised Service Centres, warranty and post-warranty requests are handled through the point of purchase, an authorised service partner, or a regional repair hub. For eligible product categories covered by mandatory repair requirements, the absence of a local Authorised Service Centre does not remove access to repair.

8.1 Inspection and Return Procedure

1. The purchaser delivers the defective device to the point of purchase or follows the direct shipment or courier instructions provided by LORGAR Support.

2. The seller checks:

  • Whether the warranty period is valid;
  • Whether there is any external damage;
  • Whether the device is non-functional.

8.2 Inspection Results

Following the inspection:

  • No defect — the device is returned to the purchaser;
  • Mechanical or other non-warranty damage — the device is returned to the purchaser or, where available, a paid repair quotation is offered;
  • Confirmed manufacturing defect within the applicable warranty period — the seller provides the remedy required by applicable local law;
  • Eligible post-warranty repair request — the device is transferred to a regional repair hub for technical diagnosis and repair, subject to the customer's approval of any applicable quotation;
  • Repair technically impossible — the user receives a documented technical conclusion and information on any available alternative solution.

9. Manufacturer's Responsibilities

The manufacturer undertakes to:

  • Ensure the availability of spare parts required for warranty repairs throughout the warranty period and, after the warranty period has expired, arrange repairs and access to spare parts and technical documentation required by law for covered product categories and within the periods prescribed by law. For eligible LORGAR monitor models, the manufacturer shall maintain an accessible repair route, including through regional repair hubs where local service centres are unavailable;
  • Comply with warranty repair timeframes in accordance with local law (Appendix No. 1);
  • Fulfil warranty obligations required by local law, even where they differ from the terms of this document.

10. Authorised Service Centres

The current list of Authorised Service Centres is available at lorgar.com.

11. Final Provisions

The manufacturer reserves the right to amend the terms of this Warranty Policy without prior notice. Any amendment shall not reduce rights already acquired by end users under applicable law or under the version of the commercial warranty applicable at the date of purchase.
