The LORGAR RANKINGS trophy was created in-house by the LORGAR team.
Every detail reflects the spirit of competition: sharp geometry, balanced proportions, and a deliberate mix of industrial precision and refined aesthetics.
This isn’t a standard award. It’s a statement piece — built to represent what it means to win.
Materials: Strength Meets Precision
The trophy combines two core materials:
– Aluminum alloy for structure, durability, and precise detailing
– Crystal elements for contrast, depth, and light
The final piece weighs 10 kg, but its production began with approximately 80 kg of raw aluminum.
That difference highlights the level of precision involved — material is carefully removed to achieve the final, exact form.

The aluminum body was crafted using CNC precision cutting and carving.
This process ensures:
– high dimensional accuracy
– sharp, clean edges
– consistency across complex shapes
The requirements for this trophy were especially demanding. Every surface and angle had to be executed with extreme precision to preserve even the smallest design details.
After machining, the metal is treated with anodizing, enhancing both durability and finish.
Handcrafted Crystal: The Most Complex Element
The crystal components are among the most intricate parts of the trophy.
Each piece is:
– individually shaped
– hand-ground
– produced in a small and complex form
Because of their size and geometry, these elements are particularly difficult to manufacture. The process requires exceptional precision and craftsmanship.

At the final stage, all components are assembled into a single structure.
