LORGAR expands its gaming ecosystem with the RAF1, a foldable racing cockpit engineered for sim racers who refuse to compromise on performance or sacrifice their living space. The RAF1 marks LORGAR’s entry into the sim racing market with a product that supports direct drive wheelbases, gear shifters, and handbrakes in a design that folds flat for storage.
Space-Saving Performance
The RAF1 addresses a fundamental challenge in sim racing: dedicated cockpits deliver the best experience, but permanent setups demand permanent space. The RAF1 provides a full 150 x 70 x 105 cm racing platform that collapses to 37 x 70 x 123 cm when not in use. Setup and breakdown require no tools, and peripherals can remain attached through the folding process.
Direct Drive Ready
Unlike entry-level foldable cockpits limited to belt-driven wheels, the RAF1 handles the torque output of direct drive wheelbases. The reinforced wheel mount and rigid frame construction maintain stability under the forces that make direct drive systems the choice of serious sim racers. Pre-drilled mounting points support wheelbases from Fanatec, Moza, Simagic, Thrustmaster, and other leading manufacturers.
Complete Racing Setup
The RAF1 includes integrated mounts for both a gear shifter and handbrake, positioned within natural reach during racing. Rally and drift enthusiasts can run their full peripheral setups without aftermarket additions. The adjustable pedal plate accommodates different pedal sets and allows fine-tuning of distance and angle to match individual driving preferences.
Built for Racing
The frame combines iron and aluminum structural elements to achieve rigidity without excessive weight. At 15.6 kg, the cockpit remains portable while supporting drivers up to 120 kg. The textile racing seat positions drivers between 160 cm and 190 cm tall in an authentic racing stance, with breathable fabric for comfort during extended sessions.
